  1. What types of vehicles do you offer?

We provide a large variety of vehicles which can accommodate any need:

Late model 4-door sedans, such as a Lincoln MKT, Lincoln MKS, Chrysler 300, Cadillac XTS, which can carry up to 4 passengers and 3 bags.

Mercedes S-550 sedans which carry up to 4 passengers and 4 bags.

SUV’s  which can carry 6 or 7 passengers (Chevrolet Suburban, Lincoln Navigator, etc.)

14-passenger vans and Mercedes Sprinter vans.

Stretch Limousines which carry up to 10 passengers.

Buses/ coaches  that carry 20 to 56 passengers.


  1. What Form of Payment does Polo accept?

We accept cash and  all major credit cards.  We also offer personal and Corporate accounts.


  1. What is Polo’s ride cancellation policy?

We require a one hour notice for all Manhattan pickups. 2-hour notice for the 4 other boroughs.

For all rides outside NYC, we require a notice which is double the average travel time to the pickup point.


  1. How will I know that my car has arrived?

We require our drivers to be on location 10 minutes prior to pickup time. When your driver marks that he/she is on location, we’ll call or text you that driver’s name, car type and cell number.


  1. Is there an advantage to having a Polo Account?

A Polo account allows you to manage all reservations , keep track of past and future rides, and expedite your departure from the vehicle at the end of the ride. As an account holder you get a preference over non-accounts during peak periods and when calling for cars ASAP.


  1. Is gratuity included in the quoted fare?

Polo rates are exclusive of gratuity, tolls, Sales taxes, etc. You will get the all inclusive rates e-mailed to you when you order the ride.


  1. What type of airport pickups does Polo offer?

We offer a meet and greet service, where the chauffeur will be inside the terminal with a POLO sign and the passenger’s last name on it. Polo will text the passenger the driver’s name and cell number.

We also offer a “Curbside” pickup, where the chauffeur waits in the vehicle, about 5 minutes away from the terminal.  We’ll text the passenger the driver’s name and cell number, and a description of the vehicle, along with a number for our Dispatch. Passengers have an option to call the driver directly, or call our dispatch team, when ready for pickup.

We’ll track down the flight arrival time and dispatch the car accordingly.

The fee for meet and greet service is $15, plus parking at the airport.


  1. Does Polo provide car seats for children?

Polo provides car seats to fit the child’s age. We charge $25 per car seat because we can’t keep the car seats in the vehicles. Your driver will have to come to our garage prior to the pickup, get the proper car seat, and driver to the location of the pickup. Then, after drop off, the driver will have to go back and drop the seat at our garage.


  1. Does Polo operate 24/7 ?

Polo provides services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are never closed !
