I use Polo Limo exclusively. Whether it is an airport trip or for local NYC. I can always depend on them to be on time and get me where I need to go. They send you an email confirmation with the exact amount of the trip when you make a reservation. They don't change their rate with the time of day, the weather or for any other reason. Most importantly, their drivers are vetted.  

I was scheduled to arrive at jfk at 5:30pm flight from Dallas. I arrived at 2:00 am, 8/9 hours late due to weather issues and air traffic delays. Fortunately, the polo limousine office stayed apprised of the situation and stayed in contact by email. When my flight finally arrived arrived a polo executive limousine driver was thankfully waiting as I arrived at baggage claim. Polo limousine took me to my midtown hotel at a reasonable price. I would recommend the service to anyone without hesitation. Professional and followed through  with me throughout the day in a very difficult situation .
